Questions from the faithful

What is the booking process? +

Fill out our event inquiry form with your event details, and we’ll respond within 24 hours with availability and next steps. Once confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your date. We’ll then schedule a venue walkthrough and planning session.

How far in advance should I book?+

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for weekend dates, though weeknight bookings can often be accommodated with 3-4 weeks notice. Peak seasons (summer months, holiday period) book faster.

Can I bring my own DJ or entertainment?+

Absolutely! Many clients bring their own DJs or live performers. Our sound engineer will work with them to ensure optimal sound quality. We can also provide recommendations from our network of trusted artists.

What’s your cancellation policy?+

Cancellations more than 60 days before the event receive a full refund minus an admin fee. 30-60 days notice receives 50% refund. Less than 30 days notice forfeits the deposit, though we’ll work with you to reschedule when possible.

How does the bar service work?+

We offer three options: a minimum bar spend, a ticketing system or an hourly rate per guest that includes unlimited beer, wine, and house spirits. Premium spirits and custom cocktails available at additional cost.

Can we customize the space with decorations?+

Yes! We encourage personalization. You can bring branded elements, florals, and decorations. Our team will work with you on installation. No open flames, ceiling attachments, or permanent modifications allowed.
